To enable Sametime meetings to function on your machine, complete the following steps:
- Start Internet Explorer
- From the menu select Tools, Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog
- Click on the Privacy Tab
- Click on the Settings button
- In the field “Address of Web site to allow” enter your sametime domain name example: “sametime.acme.com” or to allow any for site enter "*.acme.com"
- Click the Add button to add your domain to the “Allowed sites” list
- Click Close and select the Advanced tab
- Scroll down the list until you see Security, and a checkbox item “Allow active content to run in files on My Computer”, check the item
- Click OK.
- Sametime meetings should now work as it did with previous versions of Windows
